General Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Nexa Max Garages, located at Unit A, 2 Greycain Rd, Watford, WD24 7GP, and apply to all customers. By booking or accepting our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services Provided
We offer, but are not limited to, the following services:
• General car repairs and maintenance
• MOT testing and certification
• Multimedia system installations
• Vehicle diagnostics (Free of charge)
• VAG group retrofits (Audi, VW, SEAT, Škoda)
3. Bookings and Appointments
• Services can be booked via:

• Or in person at our location.
• We may require a booking deposit for certain retrofit or special order services.
• Appointment times are estimates; delays may occur due to diagnostic complexity or part availability.
4. Cancellations and No-Shows
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge of up to £50.
• For parts specially ordered for your vehicle, cancellation fees may apply.
5. Estimates and Charges
• All work is subject to a written or verbal estimate, including parts and labour.
• We will always seek your approval before proceeding with any work exceeding the estimate.
• VAT is included unless stated otherwise.
6. Payment Terms
• Full payment is due upon collection of the vehicle.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
• Vehicles will not be released until full payment is received.
7. Parts and Warranties
• We use OEM or equivalent-quality parts. Warranty on parts and labour is 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first).
• Customer-supplied parts are installed at your own risk and are not covered by our warranty.
8. Liability
• Nexa Max Garages is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles or belongings left inside, unless caused by our proven negligence.
• We do not accept liability for delays caused by external suppliers or courier services.
9. Collection and Storage
• Vehicles must be collected within 3 days of completion unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to charge £15/day for storage beyond this period.
10. Customer Responsibilities
• You must provide accurate vehicle information and inform us of any known issues.
• You are responsible for removing valuables from your vehicle before leaving it with us.
11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
• If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately.
• Complaints must be made within 7 days of service completion. We will investigate and aim to resolve any issue within 10 working days.
12. Insurance and Damage
• All vehicles are insured while in our possession.
• In case of delivery damage (if the vehicle is delivered to us), a photo report must be provided the same day or next working day.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
• Customer information is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of service delivery, vehicle history tracking, and communication.
14. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
• The vehicle is unsafe to work on.
• The customer behaves inappropriately toward our staff.
• Legal ownership of the vehicle is in doubt.
15. Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on request or at our reception.
Club Member Discount Card Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
One Card is issued per individual or family and may be used for all vehicles registered under the same household.
2. Discount Benefits
Cardholders receive 10% off labour charges on eligible services.
The discount is not valid on:

- Parts
-
- MOT fees
-
- Special promotions or fixed-price services

- Third-party outsourced services
3. Card Usage

- The Card must be presented at the time of service to claim the discount.

- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after payment.

- The Card is non-transferable outside the household and must be used by the named cardholder or their immediate family members.

- The Card may be used for multiple vehicles, provided they are owned by or registered to the cardholder or an immediate family member at the same household.

- Nexa Max Garages reserves the right to request proof of ownership or registration address if misuse is suspected.
4. Validity & Renewal

- The Card does not have a set expiry date but may be cancelled or suspended at any time at Nexa Max Garages’ discretion.

- If lost, a replacement may be issued upon request.
5. Limitations

- This Card is not a payment card, debit, credit, or guarantee card.

- The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, voucher, or loyalty program unless specified.
6. Cancellation & Suspension
Nexa Max Garages reserves the right to:

- Cancel or amend the discount program at any time without prior notice.

- Revoke a Card if misused or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
7. Data Protection

- Personal data collected during sign-up will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- Your details may be used to provide reminders, service updates, and promotional offers. You may opt out at any time.
